Consilio HR Services provides digital and professional HR consulting services. Our services are delivered electronically through email, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, telephone, or in-person meetings as agreed with the client. 

The delivery timeline depends on the nature of the service requested. Estimated timelines are communicated before work begins and may vary based on project scope and client requirements. 

Clients must provide all necessary documents, information and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may affect the agreed delivery schedule. 

 Reports, compliance documents, payroll reports, HR policies, recruitment updates and other deliverables will generally be shared through secure electronic communication. 

 Consilio HR Services shall not be responsible for delays caused by government authorities, statutory portals, force majeure events, internet outages or delays in receiving required information from clients.
