Consilio HR Services provides professional HR consulting, payroll processing, labour law advisory, recruitment, statutory compliance and related business services. As these are professional service-based offerings, refunds are governed by the terms agreed with each client.
Clients may cancel any service request by providing written notice via email. Cancellation requests received before work has commenced may be considered without additional charges.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• Payment made by mistake.
• Duplicate payment.
• Services cancelled before work has started.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds will generally not be provided once:
• HR consulting has commenced.
• Payroll processing has started.
• Statutory compliance work has begun.
• Government filings have been submitted.
• Recruitment services have been initiated.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
If a client wishes to modify the agreed scope of services, additional charges or revised timelines may apply depending on the nature of the request.
